Please do not let a Check Engine Light or Service Engine Light scare you if it appears on your dashboard. The wording all car manufacturers have used is frightening. It leads you to believe your engine will blow up. Call us if it comes on, we will be happy to explain it to you and put your mind at ease. A check engine light should not be ignored but it is not necessarily an emergency either. All it means is that the computer in your car has stored information. We will access you cars computer and retrieve that information. If the light is flashing and the car is running rough drive the car right in. If the light is on steady and the car is running OK call for an appointment.
